All unprinted goods will generally ship within 1 business day of receiving the order. First time custom printed orders will generally ship within 10 business days of signed art approval and reorders will ship within 10 business days of receiving the order.

Shipping is always calculated for the lowest cost, if an order is over 150lbs it will not give you an automatic freight quote. It will be referred to our customer service department to get the rate possible by freight line or package service.

Art submitted will normally take two business days to generate a proof. The proof should be reviewed for any mistakes including spelling, fonts, layouts or anything seen as unwanted. Upon approval, please sign, date and return via fax or email to Your Brand Café. Signed proofs will be the basis for refund of improper print job. Pantone Matching System (PMS) is used for color matching, but all inks are blended by hand so some variances can be expected between batches or orders.

All products are guaranteed to perform at the highest level for the function they were intended. If they are found to be substandard, the will be replace at no cost to the customer.

Credit cards and credit card security is handled by an outside company (Authorize Net). We at no time have access to a credit card number for order placed through this website.
