The setup fee is a one-time fee charged to each size of custom printed product on your initial order. More specifically, a setup fee relates to the cost of creating the unique print template that our machines use to print your logo or design on your products. Because each product has a unique imprint area – and imprint methods vary depending on the product – a setup fee is required when you order something for the first time.
